Training by how you feel
A plan tells you on Monday what to do on Thursday. On Thursday you know better.
The idea
Instead of a weekly plan there’s a moment: you stand in front of the TV, quickly say how you feel and how much time you have – and get a workout made for exactly that.
Muscle, Heart, Mood
So that everything still gets covered over the week, a simple picture of three building blocks helps: Muscle (strength), Heart (endurance, cardio) and Mood (winding down, feeling good). If one is missing, it gets suggested next – without pressure.
What feels good, you do again
Studies on exercise enjoyment show: how pleasant a workout felt influences whether you do it again. So every workout ends with a short question: how was it?
