Staying fit with kids

Nine in the evening, the kids are finally asleep, your head is full. A 60-minute plan is unrealistic now. Ten minutes isn’t.

Short counts

Even a single session measurably lifts your mood. Ten or twenty minutes that actually happen beat an hour that doesn’t.

Train quietly

No jumping, no stomping: squats, lunges, dumbbell rows, forearm plank. Anything that doesn’t shake the ceiling.

No guilt

A week falls through because everyone’s ill? Then it falls through. If you try to “catch up” afterwards, you overdo it – and stop again. Better: ease back in.

Kids can join in

Jumping jacks, bear crawls, dancing – ten minutes of family workout is training too. And a good example.

BLOX · BLOX suggests sessions that fit – even 10 minutes, even “quiet, no jumping”. Try it free
