Fitness app for your TV
On your phone the workout is tiny; on the TV you can see the exercise, timer and heart rate from three metres away. For that to work, the app has to be made for the TV.
Five things that count
- Readable from a distance: big numbers, little text, clear colours.
- No fiddling: remote or phone instead of touch.
- Runs next to Netflix, Prime Video & co.: the workout stays visible while you watch a show.
- Connects your gear: heart-rate strap or watch and smart trainer via Bluetooth, straight to the TV or stick.
- For several people: everyone with their own profile, heart rate and weights.
Which TV?
Android TV and Google TV devices are the easiest (built in or as a stick). Apple TV and Fire TV have their own app worlds.
