About BLOX

BLOX grew out of our everyday life: two jobs, two kids, a smart trainer in the basement, dumbbells in the living room.

Training plans never lasted long for us. Sick kid, bad night, appointment – and if you’re then supposed to do “Tuesday’s hard session”, you often do nothing at all.

So BLOX first asks how you feel today, then builds the workout. On the TV, because it’s on anyway. For two, because we often train at the same time. With a show, because that’s what gets you on the bike in the evening.

Muscle · Heart · Mood

The three blocks in the logo: Muscle (strength), Heart (endurance) and Mood (stretching, breathing, winding down). No competition, no guilt.

Who’s behind it?

Martin – mechanical engineer, dad, hobby cyclist – and his wife, our strictest tester. BLOX is made at home in southern Hesse, Germany.

What we care about

• Training, not therapy: if you have complaints, check with a doctor first.
• Your data belongs to you: stored in the EU, no tracking on this website.
• Honest content: where we refer to studies, we say so – and where we don’t, we say that too.
