Different goals – training together
One wants to get stronger, the other fitter, calmer or simply moving again. Separate plans often mean you never see each other – and nobody trains.
Shared time, your own focus
- Same exercises, different weight: both do goblet squats – one with 16 kg, the other with 8 kg.
- Same time, different sport: 45 minutes – one on the bike (endurance), the other with dumbbells (strength).
- Same session, different intensity: one “hard”, the other “easy”.
Goals with and without a date
A ski trip in February concerns both, the 160 km bike tour only one, building muscle is an ongoing goal. Good planning tells these apart – and suggests to each of you what’s due right now.
