Delete your BLOX account

How to delete your account with BLOX (app “BLOX Training”) and the related data.

In the app

Open the BLOX app on your phone
Tap ⚙ (Settings) at the top
Open “Household & account”
Tap “Delete account” and confirm

By email

Write from the address you signed in with to support@xplainly.app with the subject “Delete BLOX account”. We delete your account within 30 days and confirm it by email.

What gets deleted

Immediately and permanently: your account (sign-in), your person in the household with workouts (including camera coach results), heart-rate and power curves, daily values (steps), weights, health information, plans and goals, and your Strava connection. If you are the last person in the household, the whole household is deleted. Shared workouts remain for the other people in the household, but without you and without your heart-rate curve.

What is not deleted

Nothing stays with BLOX. What you uploaded to Strava yourself is stored at Strava and is deleted there. Cached voice announcements contain no link to your account.
